Our Team

After decades of working on large scale, complex M&A matters and bet-the-company transactions, Womble Bond Dickinson (formerly Womble Carlyle) partners Jamie Francis and Dean Rutley observed there is often a disconnect between what clients need in the normal course of their business operations and what traditional outside law firms deliver. They created GCSolutions, a division of Womble Bond Dickinson, to fill that gap, making high-quality legal services accessible to clients of all sizes and needs.

The secret of our success is our people. Experienced attorneys and paralegals can often feel limited to the traditional path to partner at big firms or a career in house. That doesn’t appeal to everyone, even if they are extremely talented. Our business model allows this type of professional to fully utilize their wealth of experience and talent while also affording them the opportunity to pursue a balanced life of family, community and other interests.

Providing on-demand, scalable and affordable legal service from highly qualified attorneys and paralegals who don’t feel chained to the office? It isn’t impossible, it’s GCSolutions and we’re ready to help take your business to the next level.
